STANDARDS OF RECRUITMENT
We believe in a fit body and mind, with good ethics as the nascent criteria. Our certain standards are: a. Candidates should have a minimum height of 5’ 6’’ and above. b. Good eyesight (6 x 6). c. Candidate should have a healthy and agile physique d. Education: Matriculation and Higher. e. Industry Experience of 3 years and above. f. Age 21 to 45 years NO. PARAMETERS MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
ENROLLMENT

TRAINING
Once the candidate clears all the pre-requisites for enrollment, we will conduct high-level training for seven days.
It includes drills, dress codes, duties at the gate, filling up various registers at the gate, firefighting, telephone manning, patrolling, and frisking.
• On-the-job training includes specifics for a job, whether manning a gate at factory or an
office or housing society, etc.
• A training capsule of two is held every 6 Months to discuss achievements and growth.

We train our security officers in prompt operation management. Our SOP includes:
Emergency response to fire accidents and burglary thefts.
Inform the client and Police or Ambulance as directed by the client.
Regular day-night patrolling
